Profile: Techno-Functional Consultant - Odoo
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Communication: Intermediate or Advanced level
Educational Qualification: B.E. in I.T. or C.S. / B.C.A., M.C.A, B.Sc., M.Sc. IT
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement workflows and business processes in Odoo.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Odoo.
- Create end-user manuals and training videos.
- Adhere to policies, punctuality, discipline (self and team), and maintain a solution-based approach.
- Adjust to different project methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and project types (Dedicated, Fixed cost, T & M) (preferable).
- Proactive communicator with strong internal and external client communication skills.
- Develop strong technical, functional, and analysis skills.
- Gather requirements directly from clients and convert them into technical/functional specifications.
Requirements:
- Strong decision-making abilities (preferable).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Client-centric approach.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Flexible in nature.
- Ensure proper source code documentation.
- Assist and interact with team members and seniors.
- Good understanding of end-to-end implementation.
- Experience with Pivot Reports and Dashboards (preferable).
- Handling escalations for projects.
- Stress management skills.
Skills (Mandatory):
- Framework: Odoo 11/12/13/14/15/16 (Enterprise/Community).
- Functional and technical knowledge of Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchases, MRP, Point of Sale, Inventory, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Website, HR, Fleet Management.
- Onsite training and implementation at client sites.
