Job summary

UST is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) expertise to bridge business and technology across enterprise CRM projects.

The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver robust CRM capabilities using Power Platform and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing business processes and gathering requirements for CRM initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs for Salesforce Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or similar platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) and Azure integration patterns.
