Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering - conduct discussions and workshops with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Feasibility Analysis - review functional docs, note constraints, prepare impact summaries for changes.
• Solution Design - identify customization needs across modules linking functional requirements to technical specs.
• Configuration and Customisation - implement required customizations and configuration changes across modules.
• Technology Harmonisation - participate in integration design and assess data flow between applications.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation - analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations.
• Documentation - create detailed functional and technical docs and design/process documents.

Role Purpose

Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.

Areas of Responsibility

• Requirement Gathering - Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.
• Feasibility Analysis - Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Solution Design - Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.
• Configuration and Customisation - Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.
• Technology Harmonisation - Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation - Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Documentation - "Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents."
