• Configuration and Customisation: execute changes across modules and support business processes.
• Technology harmonisation: contribute to integration design and assess data flow between apps.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation: analyze issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations.
• Documentation: create detailed functional and technical documentation including design/process docs.
