Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Techo-Functional Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Banking domain. The role is office-based with work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays, supporting the SDLC lifecycle, DevSecOps, and integration with monitoring tools.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs, conduct walkthroughs for Dev/SIT/UAT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SQL is a plus, and experience in QA/test automation is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis in banking domain.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA only.
• Location: Navi Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) on-site.
• Notice period: Immediate to 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Learn processes related to applications; acquire business knowledge and perform testing of new requirements.
• Prepare clear Business Requirement Documents; conduct walkthroughs for Dev, SIT and UAT; raise defects; Agile exposure is a plus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; document requirements; create test scenarios; assist in QC, test execution and result documentation.
• Participate in SDLC, DevSecOps integration and monitoring/observability tooling.

Position Purpose:

The Business Analyst will be responsible to:

• Requirements gathering
• Support SDLC cycle, DevSecOps, integration with monitoring and observability tools.
• Participate in the testing process through test case review and analysis. Exposure to test and deployment automation.
• Good collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:

• Learn the processes related to application; acquire business knowledge, understand business analyst process and perform testing of the new requirement in the system.
• Write a clear business requirement document, able to give walk through session to Dev, SIT and UAT, raise a defect, experience in Agile methodologies will be big plus.

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Interaction with all stakeholders, analysis and requirement documentation, creating test case scenario, documentation in QC, test execution and test result documentation.
