Job summary

N Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to drive technical and functional analysis, document current and to-be states, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and craft robust solutions.

You will own comprehensive design documentation, engage in design discussions, and develop knowledge repositories detailing the application ecosystem. Strong BFSI domain exposure and GenAI interest are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of N-Tier architecture, APIs, and batches.
• Knowledge of BFSI domain and Wealth Management, Virtual Assistants, chatbots.
• Exposure to GenAI / Machine Learning.
• Ability to drive and lead initiatives independently.
• Hands-on with both functional and technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and functional analysis of platforms/applications and document current and to-be states.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across development, architecture, QA and SMEs to gather requirements and technical details.
• Own design documentation including functional specs, process flows, architecture, data and integration specs.
• Participate in design discussions and document potential solutions with stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up with team members to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Define, analyze, and document requirements to build technical solutions for business problems.
• Create knowledge repository detailing the entire business solution architecture and application ecosystem.

Position Overview:

• Technical and functional analysis of platforms/applications and documentation of current state and to-be state
• Extensive coordination and collaboration for gathering requirements and technical details with key stakeholder across different teams (development, architecture, QA and SMEs)
• Robust management and complete ownership of design documentation entailing functional specifications, technical & functional process flows, technical architecture, technical sequence and data flow, integration specifications
• Participate in design discussions and partner with key stakeholders in documenting and developing potential solutions to the business problems
• Extensive follow-ups and proactive communications with team members to get the required details for ensuring on-time deliveries
• Developing technical solutions tobusinessproblems and requirements begins with defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements. Managing requirements at the project level can help fulfillbusinessneeds
• Build out of a knowledge repository detailing the entire business solution architecture and application ecosystem

Skill Set:

• Primary skills
  • Understanding of design documentation – Functional & Non-Functional specifications, Technical Architecture, Process flows, Technical and Data sequence flows, Integration specifications
  • Experience in MS office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, confluence tool
  • Good understanding of technology stack and N-tier architecture, UX, UI, APIs/Web services, business workflow, MQ, database, SQL’s and batch processing
  • Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures, andworkpractices.
  • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, andsystemfunctionality and behavior
  • Good understand of synchronous, asynchronous business workflow and processing.
