Job summary

Elegant Enterprise is seeking an ELV Techno-Commercial Engineer to bridge technical design and commercial sales. You will understand client requirements for ELV/IBMS systems, design solutions, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and close deals.

You will design, test, and commission ELV/IBMS solutions like CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Intrusion systems, while coordinating with design and manufacturing teams for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• ELV/IBMS systems knowledge including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control.
• Ability to translate technical specs into cost estimations and proposals.
• Proficient in documenting and reporting with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical-commercial offers, quotations, and tender documents.

• Coordinate between customer, design, and manufacturing/project teams for material dispatch and site execution.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ELV Techno-Commercial Engineer who will act as the crucial link between technical design and commercial sales. He will be responsible for understanding client requirements regarding Extra Low Voltage systems, designing solutions, preparing technical/commercial proposals, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Technical Proposals & Estimation: Prepare detailed technical-commercial offers, quotations, and tender documents based on client requirements.
• System Design & Expertise: Design, test, and commission ELV and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (conventional/addressable), Intrusion Systems, and Access Control.
• Client Liaising & Negotiation: Engage with clients to understand technical needs, provide technical clarifications, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer, design team, and manufacturing/project team to ensure accurate material dispatch and site execution.
• Business Development: Generate leads, conduct site visits, and bring new business to the organization.
• Commercial Management: Handle techno-commercial comparisons, prepare Purchase Orders (PO), and track client payments.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Technical Skills (Must Have):

• ELV Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of ELV/IBMS systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, and Intercom.
• Techno-Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate technical specifications into cost estimations and proposals.
• Software Proficiency: Good skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• Experience: Generally 2-8 years of experience, with some roles focusing on fresher-to-mid level (0-2 yrs.) or senior roles (6-8 yrs.)
