Job Description:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles as per OEM standards

Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to service protocols

Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues

Ensure proper documentation of job cards, repair history, and parts used

Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good condition

Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area

Coordinate with service advisors for accurate repair estimates and updates

Conduct final inspection to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Stay updated with latest technical training and OEM bulletins

Experience in dealership environment preferred
