Job Responsibilities

Planned Maintenance Work (Preventive Maintenance Work):

1. Monthly preventive maintenance schedule should be prepared and issued to IMD TRD department.
2. Preventive maintenance needs to be done as per schedule without fail regularly at IMD TRD department.
3. PM needs to follow the following machines and accessories:
1. Injection Moulding Machines
2. VMC Milling Machine
3. Wire Cutting M/C
4. EDM

Required Skills

Critical thinking, technological knowledge, active learning, interpersonal skills, complex problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, abnormality identification, problem-solving techniques, and engineering drawing skills.

Knowledge Requirements

Basic electrical, electronic, hydraulics, pneumatic, and mechanical knowledge should be known in injection moulding machine. Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuit traceable knowledge is needed.
