Micron Technology in Sanand, Gujarat, invites diploma graduates for a 12-month Apprenticeship (Full-Time, On-site). The role offers a stipend of ₹18,000 per month plus government NAPS support of ₹1,500 monthly. Shifts are 12 hours with biweekly day/night rotation, and relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Eligible candidates must be graduates of a Diploma in 2026, be 18+, and ready to work onsite. Transport and canteen facilities are provided at no extra cost.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Monitor and operate multiple machine capacities as established in OEE/ETI.
• Prevent scraps by proper handling for transport of products and supplies.
• Investigate product quality information in QDRs and reports and share information to raise awareness.
• Demonstrate attention to detail for tracking and product processing.
• Use AI-enabled learning tools during training to enhance understanding of equipment.

Job Description: -

• Operate and Maintain Equipment.
• Monitor andoperatemultiple machine capacities asestablishedin OEE/ ETI
• Prevent scrap caused by using proper handling methods for the transport of products andsupplies
• Investigate product quality information in QDRs and Reports page and share information to raise awareness
• Demonstrate attention to detail for tracking and productprocessing
• Use Artificial Intelligence enabled learning or support tools during training, where applicable, to enhance understanding of equipment.

Applying Artificial Intelligence to support decision-making, process improvement, and continuous learning.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): -

• Education: Diploma Candidates Graduated in 2026
• Age: 18 years or above as of the date of application
• Location Readiness: Willing to work Onsite in Sanand, Gujarat, and Work in 12-hour shifts with a biweekly rotation between day and night shifts.
• CGPA: - 6.5 & Above

Stipend & Program Structure: -

• Company Stipend: ₹18,000 per month (payable monthly)
• NAPS Support: ₹1,500 per month as per Govt. of India NAPS guidelines
• Tenure: 12 months Apprenticeship

Shift Details & Allowance In INR: -

Morning Shift**(A)** -7:30AM to 3:30PM - INR125

Afternoon Shift (B) -3:30PM to 11:30PM /Night Shift**(C)-**11:30PM to 7:30AM- INR200

Benefits & Facilities: -

• Transport: Micron-provided transportation will be available at no additional cost (Subject to route availability).
• Food: Canteen facility available at site and meals can be availed at no additional cost.

Leave Policy: -

• 1 Casual OR 1 Sick Leave per month
• Public holidays and weekly offs as per micron calendar.

Relocation Support (Candidates residing beyond 80 km from Micron Sanand site are eligible for relocation support):

• One-time travel assistance from hometown to the onboarding location is provided by Micron to ensure a smooth and hassle-free joining experience.
• Temporary accommodation support for 30 days.
• Return travel support in case no full-time employment is offered post apprenticeship.
