• Seek feedback with leadership and teams to drive performance improvements.

As Indias first Semiconductor ATMP facility, Micron Semiconductor India invites ITI graduates from the 2026 batch for the opportunity to join our 12-Months OntheJob Training (OJT) Apprenticeship Program as Technician Apprentices. This program is designed to build future-ready talent through immersive training, operational experience, and exposure to global semiconductor manufacturing standards.

Position Name: - Manufacturing Apprentice
Apprenticeship Tenure: 12 months
Stipend: 14,000 per month

Job Description: -

• Operate equipment in accordance with current process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications)
• Maintain an organized workstation while ensuring adherence to 6S standards
• Actively participate in assigned on the job training and other required learning programs, asking questions to build knowledge and capability
• Receive, understand, and provide clear, accurate, and detailed pass down information.
• Seek and share feedback with leadership, coworkers, and support teams to drive performance improvements
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): -

• Education: ITI Candidates Graduated in 2026
• Age: 18 years or above as of the date of joining
• Location Readiness: Willing to work Onsite in Sanand, Gujarat, and Work in 12-hour shifts with a biweekly rotation between day and night shifts.
• CGPA: - 6.0 & Above

Stipend & Program Structure: -

• Company Stipend: 14,000 per month (payable monthly)
• NAPS Support: 1,500 per month as per Govt. of India NAPS guidelines
• Tenure:12 months Apprenticeship

Shift Details & Allowance: -

Shift Timing- 12 Hour Shift: 4-3-3-4 Pattern

Morning Shift: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM-Allowance-INR225 per day

Night Shift: 7:30 PM 7:30 AM- Allowance-INR300 per day

Benefits & Facilities: -

• Transport:Micron-provided transportation will be available at no additional cost(Subject to route availability).
• Food: Canteen facility available at site and meals can be availed at no additional cost.

Leave Policy: -

• 1 Casual OR 1 Sick Leave per month
• Public holidays and weekly offs as per micron calendar.

Relocation Support (Candidates residing beyond 80 km from Micron Sanand site are eligible for relocation support):

• One-time travel assistance from hometown to the onboarding location is provided by Micron to ensure a smooth and hassle-free joining experience.
• Temporary accommodation support for 15 days.
• Return travel support in case no full-time employment is offered post apprenticeship.
