Job summary

KP Group seeks a Solar O&M Technician to support the O&M team, performing routine inspections, maintenance, and prompt fault response to ensure the efficiency of solar installations.

You will collect performance data, document activities, and collaborate with colleagues while strictly following on-site safety procedures.

Technical diploma/ITI in solar technology or electrical systems is required; prior solar O&M experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/ITI or relevant certification in solar technology, electrical systems, or a related field.
• Experience in solar O&M or similar role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and related electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and report issues as necessary.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities. Promote and maintain a culture of safety within the team and on-site.
