Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, SaaS content writing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, technology, AI, APIs, databases, or B2B software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer, or similar SEO tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and independently gather technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality technical content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, guides, and knowledge resources.
• Create SEO-focused content around B2B data, lead generation, sales intelligence, SaaS, AI, data enrichment, email verification, and related topics.
• Understand technical product features and translate them into simple, customer-friendly language.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical information.
• Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into structured content.
• Create detailed how-to guides, product documentation, tutorials, comparisons, and educational resources.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and organic rankings.
• Research competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure content is factually accurate, well-structured, original, and easy to understand.
• Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance and product changes.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards across all content.
• Support content initiatives such as newsletters, case studies, LinkedIn content, ebooks, and product-led content when required.
