The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics, proficiency in Spark, SQL, and cloud platforms, and is fluent in Japanese (mandatory) with good English.

• Assess learner needs and customise training programs accordingly.
• Facilitate interactive sessions including QA, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide post-training support and enablement to ensure knowledge retention.
• Continuously update content based on evolving technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with global teams to scale and standardize training delivery.

Requirements
