Job summary

Synapseindia is seeking a technically hands-on AI architect to lead end-to-end AI systems design, focusing on GenAI, LLMs, and RAG-based workflows. You will architect scalable data pipelines, optimize performance and cost, and mentor engineers in a cloud-native SaaS environment.

The role demands expert Python skills, deep RAG/LLM experience, and strong SaaS architecture knowledge. Collaboration with product teams will drive solution design across projects.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Python (hands-on coding is mandatory).
• Strong experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Deep expertise in vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong data engineering expertise in designing scalable pipelines, Data preprocessing & embedding workflows.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and system design.

What is the work?

• Architect and build end-to-end AI systems (GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows)
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion embeddings retrieval)
• Lead development of Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
• Architect SaaS-based, cloud-native AI platforms
• Design scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT, batch & streaming)
• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of AI systems
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product and business teams for solution design
• Purely Technical Role: This is a strictly technical position focused on technical leadership, architecture, development guidance, troubleshooting, code reviews, and providing hands-on technical assistance to the development team. The role does not involve project management, administrative, or non-technical delivery responsibilities.
• Technical Solutioning & Team Support: Provide technical solutioning for complex requirements and issues, evaluate different technical approaches, guide developers in implementation, and work closely with the team to ensure the right architecture, technology, and development approach is followed across projects.
