Can you carefully help resolve technical issues of our remote staff?

• You have at least 2–3 years of experience providing technical support with many people using different versions of Windows on separate hardware and troubleshooting over phone/chat.
• You are excellent with computer equipment, phone systems, and third-party applications.
• You can manage and optimize omnichannel communication systems.
• You can work the early morning shift (4 AM – 2 PM IST) to ensure business continuity.
• You are a master at troubleshooting problems with people’s operating systems and can resolve audio issues within 3 minutes.
• Your spoken English and grammar are extremely good.

About the Role:

• Ensure seamless business continuity by providing rapid technical resolution for workforce tools.
• Be the frontline assistance for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Be the frontline assistance for managing company telephony systems.
• Audit system compliance to maintain TLI’s high operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Technical Support Experience: 2–3 years of experience in remote technical support, supporting people’s Windows and Windows OS, IT troubleshooting, or a similar workforce operations role. Confidence in using any VoIP system and Google Workspace.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in conducting system audits and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
• Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written English for training staff and explaining technical resolutions.
• Availability: Amenable to a 48–50 hour work week starting at 4 AM IST, 6 days a week, including on‑call availability.
