A leading technology solutions provider in Karnataka is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to implement and support IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. What will you do

Implement and support IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Manage patching, upgrades, and backup operations for IAM systems.
Provide technical support and resolve application‑level issues.
Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third‑party platforms.
Apply access control methodologies including RBAC and ABAC.
Ensure compliance with IAM principles including user provisioning, access certification, access requests, and governance.

Who you are

A professional with a strong background in Identity and Access Management.
Experienced in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and support.
Skilled in integrating IAM solutions with diverse systems and platforms.
Familiar with access control models such as RBAC and ABAC.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve application‑level issues effectively.
Possess basic working knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
