Job summary

Softcell Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a technically strong security professional with hands-on antivirus and EDR experience across CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Trend Micro to engage customers with product demonstrations. You will implement, configure, and troubleshoot deployments, create policies, run POVs, and provide technical guidance to customers while supporting sales teams during cycles.

This role requires delivering clear implementation documents and staying current with vendor

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting on antivirus/EDR products.
• Experience creating antivirus/EDR policies, rules and exceptions.
• Prepare implementation documents, architectural diagrams and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Must have hands-on knowledge with antivirus and EDR solutions CROWDSTRIKE/SENTINELONE/TRENDMICRO.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations; problem-solving with customers.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating platform benefits and value.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers.
• Attend to technical issues of assigned tickets; remote or on-site support as needed.
• Follow up and update status of tickets; assist sales during the sales cycle.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Must have Technical knowledge and Hands-on Experience with Antivirus and EDR solutions on CROWDSTRIKE / SENTINELONE / TRENDMICRO
• Effective in customer-facing engagement, Delivering technical product presentations & demonstrations and creative problem-solving skills.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
• Must have Hands-on Implementation/ Installation/ Configuration and troubleshooting on Antivirus and EDR products
• Hands-on experience in creating antivirus and EDR policies, rules, and exceptions.
• Preparing implementation documents, architectural diagrams and Knowledge Transfer for the customer.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in upgradation and migration activities.
• Need to work on critical incidents and troubleshoot.
• Troubleshooting Virus/malware incidents on endpoints.(Clients/servers. etc.)
• Attending to the technical issues of the assigned tickets of customers over a remote session or on-site depending on the criticality.
• Follow up and update the status of the assigned tickets
• Technical Assistance to the sales team during the sales cycle
• Upskilling to ensure steady growth to the self and company
• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in technical communities of interest.

Certifications:

OEM certifications from CROWDSTRIKE / TRENDMICRO / SentinelONE - at least any one of them is mandatory
