Job summary

TP is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with questions and technical issues. This on-site role in Lauderdale, Florida focuses on delivering excellent service for high-speed internet and related devices.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 6 months in customer service, and strong typing and communication skills. College degree is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of TP systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Support Representative, you will respond to questions, issues and concerns from customers.
• Provide first-level technical assistance for consumers.
• Support high-speed internet services and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and assist with service and device issues including internet connectivity.
• Triage tickets and communicate effectively with customers to resolve problems.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and resolve customer issues promptly.
