A technology solutions company is seeking a technical support specialist to provide assistance for software and hardware issues via phone or remote support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and providing after-hours support. This position must provide technical support to our nationwide client base in USA, as well as internal users. They will provide support for our software and hardware, via phone or remote support sessions as needed. No travel will be needed in any scenario.
