Job summary

Knowledgesprint Technologies, Hyderabad, India, is seeking a technical support specialist for engine MRO on the shop floor. You will assist during overhaul, assembly and disassembly, troubleshoot technical issues, and help meet quality, cost, safety and delivery objectives.

• Provide technical support to shopfloor teams during engine MRO, overhaul, assembly and disassembly activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and discrepancies during engine shop visits while ensuring quality, cost, safety, and delivery objectives.
• Analyze engine findings against manufacturer specifications, maintenance standards, and technical documentation.
• Review work scopes and recommend modifications based on inspection findings and shop visit requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and track technical deviation requests to ensure timely validation and resolution.
• Propose corrective actions, process improvements, and cost-effective solutions to recurring technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical regulations, SMS, HSE, quality procedures, and OHF standards.
• Collaborate with workshop, engineering, customer support, design office, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, work packages, lessons learned, and Return of Experience (ROE) records.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge management, operational excellence, and proactive problem-solving across engine maintenance activities.
