Job summary

Dover is seeking a Technical Specialist-UI in Bengaluru to lead enterprise frontend development using Angular and React. The role focuses on architecture, coding standards, and delivering scalable interfaces with modern tooling and best practices.

You will mentor teams, ensure performance, accessibility, and robust integration with backend services, while collaborating across Product, UX, and DevOps to enable timely releases.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and state management.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and Yarn.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.
