• Stay abreast of emerging technologies related to Siemens PLM and facilitate knowledge upgrades within the team, ensuring solutions remain relevant and of high quality.
• Design and implement training programs for team members on Siemens PLM technologies, ensuring a continuous supply of skilled resources and mitigation of delivery risks.
• Gather and analyze specifications from clients to deliver tailored solutions that leverage Siemens PLM capabilities and meet industry standards.
• Review and evaluate project deliverables for adherence to quality standards, providing constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
