• Hands‑on experience with SpringBoot / Quarkus, Jakarta EE, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL.
• Proven experience in Full Stack Solution Architecture, technical design, and scalable application development.
• Strong focus on AI‑driven solutions, AI‑assisted development, and modern engineering practices.
• Solid DevOps and CI/CD experience (Jenkins/Github Actions), with an automation‑first mindset.
• Expertise in software quality engineering across backend and frontend applications, including automated testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress/Karma), debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Strong Agile and DevOps experience with a focus on pragmatic, high‑quality, and fast delivery.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Confluence, ELK, and UML/ERM.
• Experience working with international and cross‑functional teams, preferably with German stakeholders.
• Quick learner, technically versatile, strong communicator, and capable of mentoring teams and driving technical decisions
