Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Technical Solutions Architect Senior Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India to manage PKI operations, SSL/TLS certificates, and related infrastructure. Candidate will monitor expiry, troubleshoot certificate issues, and maintain documentation and SOPs while adhering to change and security compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with security compliance and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day PKI operations, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and installation support.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates for applications, web servers, and infrastructure components.
• Monitor certificate expiry and support timely renewals to prevent service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues, including expired certificates, trust-chain failures, certificate mismatches, and SSL/TLS connectivity errors.
• Support certificate requests, validation, and deployment in coordination with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Assist with certificate inventory maintenance, tracking, and periodic reporting.
• Support PKI platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and enterprise certificate management tools.
• Perform basic Certificate Authority (CA) administration activities under established procedures.
• Maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ticket updates.
• Follow change management, incident management, and security compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior PKI engineers and platform specialists.
