Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, IT Audit, Compliance, or Security Assurance.
• Experience conducting security control reviews and compliance assessments.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, control frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Security Control Review

• Conduct design and operating effectiveness reviews of information security controls across business processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and third-party services.
• Evaluate administrative, technical, and physical security controls against organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Perform periodic control testing and document observations, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Validate implementation of corrective actions and monitor remediation activities.
• Support internal control assessments and audit readiness initiatives.

Regulatory & Standards Gap Assessments

• Perform compliance and maturity assessments using proprietary assessment and GRC platforms.
• Assess organizational compliance against regulatory and industry frameworks, including:
• ISO/IEC 27001
• NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• GDPR
• Conduct gap analyses, identify non-conformities, and recommend practical remediation plans.
• Prepare assessment reports, compliance scorecards, maturity models, and executive summaries.
• Maintain evidence repositories to support audits and certification activities.
• Information Security Awareness & Training
• Develop and coordinate organization-wide information security awareness programs.
• Create and maintain training content covering cybersecurity, privacy, phishing, data protection, acceptable use, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and execute phishing simulation campaigns and awareness exercises.
• Track training completion, assessment scores, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze awareness metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen the organizations security culture.
• Support onboarding and periodic refresher training programs.
• Governance & Compliance Support
• Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and compliance documentation.
• Maintain control libraries, compliance mappings, and risk registers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to organizational control frameworks.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Develop dashboards and reports on control effectiveness, compliance posture, assessment findings, and training metrics.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Identify recurring control weaknesses and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support automation of assessment workflows and compliance reporting using GRC platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, IT Audit, Compliance, or Security Assurance.
• Experience conducting security control reviews and compliance assessments.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, control frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
