Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager, you will develop strategies, inspire, lead, and manage hardware quality reviews within the Customer Support Organization. This role provides an opportunity to influence technical quality standards and drive meaningful decisions. You should be skilled at motivating and supporting teams to tackle business challenges while delivering practical solutions. Success in this position requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise in software quality to effectively engage stakeholders and advance projects.

Job Requirements
  • Accountable for designing and managing quality remediation programs that guarantee efficient service delivery, transparent communication, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success in elevating software quality through focused improvement initiatives.
  • Display strong leadership and strategic insight to steer and influence critical decisions.
  • Operate independently, consistently deliver results, and efficiently prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams and create clear, customer-centric messages for a global audience.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively within teams to reach ambitious objectives while meeting established feature and performance metrics.
  • Engage effectively with employees at all levels, from staff to directors, across multiple functions and with external partners.
  • Utilize deep expertise and specialized technical knowledge in data storage to address complex, unique challenges within time and budget constraints.
  • Familiarity with NetApp or comparable storage technologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in data analysis and skilled at resolving issues identified through customer support case reviews.
Education
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience coupled with a Bachelor’s degree is required; alternatively, 4 years of experience may be acceptable.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a technical program manager, quality engineer, and/or in product support is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple moderately complex projects is crucial.
  • Holding a PMP certification or an equivalent credential is strongly preferred.
