Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate account team to drive business growth by strengthening the service level to customer.
• Develop technical solution/innovation for regional key account and distributors to address customer needs and support joint business growth.
• Create strong and differentiated value to key account and distributors to safeguard our existing business and solve complex technical issues.
• Engage customers, establish close and trusted relationships as well as build access to customer’s operation team.
• Own the development and execution for the product upgrade, new solution identification and development and communication with customer technical team.
• Close connect with different functions of Bestzyme, play an important role on competitor mapping, new product launch, ideation workshop etc. from the technical perspective.
• Join in some key projects initiated by RD and commercial team and play key role with technical perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in bio-engineering, chemical engineering or relevant majors, able to provide customer with technical support in terms of enzyme know-how, applications troubleshooting and engineering knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in enzyme business, grain processing, technical service, or BD experience are preferable.
• Minimum 5‑10 years of industry experience such as production/process in manufacturing environment; distilling or starch are preferable.
• Proven experience in enzyme technical service/AR/MKT/BD, rich experience in grain process relevant application areas, both ethanol and starch.
• Proven communication skills, fluent in English, can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders across a multi‑cultural organization.
• Strong business mindset.
• Experienced or comfortable with working in matrix organization.
• Able to travel for long time (at least 1/3 working time).
• Proficient with Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
