Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Technical Service Manager for the Commercial Vehicle segment based in Pune. You will manage OEM accounts, provide technical support, and drive new product approvals while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth in the mobility coatings space.

The role requires BE/B.Tech with 5-8 years in techno sales and service, preferably in paints or automotive; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Degree with 5-8 years’ experience in Techno Sales and Service profile preferably in paints or automotive.
• MBA will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Sustain and develop new customers in Commercial Vehicle segment for Mobility customers ((Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W) ) in the region.

Primary Function: Manage OEM Accounts (Commercial vehicle and 2W), Technical support for key accounts

Brief Job Description:

• Implementation / Monitoring / Co ordination of OEM (CV & 2W) related projects
• Adding New Approvals for Business
• Process implementation & standardization at customers Conducting / organizing various audits at customer CV and 2W. Handling trouble shooting related to product & Colors Manage and grow Mobility OEM customers (Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W) especially in the field of Commercial Vehicle segment. Establish new products in the market. Customer facing role by proper coordination of the activities with team members and other functions (Technology, Operations & Supply Chain) and other business units in support of program/product strategies. Responsibility to deliver the budgeted revenue numbers and the profitability of the business in the region.
