Job description

Providing quality response for the RFx/tender within the given timeline.

Expected to create impact and bring value for customers and stakeholders with efficient solutions for Data Analytics Service Orchestration.

Build rapport with internal stakeholders (SA/CU/MA/BA).

Support presales RFX deliverables, including Statement of Compliance (SoC), Dimensioning, HW-SW configuration in ECP / ACS, and Solution description.

Engage with internal Ericsson BCSS teams to align structure according to business strategy.

Align and support solution and proposal strategies for CU.

Maintain a good understanding of the sales process.

Lead solution offerings in accordance with internal processes, securing best practices, reducing OPEX through asset reuse, and innovating to secure value offers.

Core Competencies
  • Experience in Analytics, probing, AI/GenAI, and Service Orchestration domains.
  • Understanding of Ericsson BCSS SA BOS components, architecture, and functionality.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Data Analytics Service Orchestration, features, interfaces, licenses.
  • Familiarity with containerization, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of access technologies: 3G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, IMS.
  • Understanding charging call flows.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements into networking solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Technical expertise in at least one solution area: Analytics, Service Orchestration, AI/GenAI. Knowledge of Ericsson-specific solutions is a plus.
  • Insight into market and technology trends like 5G/6G, API monetization, cloud transformation, microservices, AI/ML.
  • High agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to coordinate across internal organizations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in the telecom industry.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
