Job summary

ORBIT & SKYLINE is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer II to manage customer requirements, O2C cycle, and end-to-end order fulfilment with accurate, timely, and compliant execution.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, manage SAP/ERP data, customer portals and pricing alignment, and ensure smooth transaction updates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in related roles
• Experience in technical sales, customer management, order management, or supply chain operations
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities.
• Drive end-to-end order fulfilment, including order tracking, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Manage customer portals and ensure accurate and timely transaction updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure ECCN/export compliance and required documentation for applicable transactions.
• Support customer account setup and pricing alignment in SAP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate SAP/ERP data, reports, and MIS.
• Take ownership of assigned customers and transactions while continuously developing technical and functional skills
