We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS). The ideal candidate will have a BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering and a proven track record in technical hiring, talent networking, and resource management across India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit technical professionals (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Planning, PMO, etc.) for renewable energy projects.
  • Build, manage & maintain a large resource database and professional network across India.
  • Conduct technical screening and prepare candidates for client interviews with a 70%+ success target.
  • Collaborate with HR, Project Managers, and Operations to meet hiring needs within timelines.
  • Manage replacements during contingencies and ensure compliance/documentation.
  • Stay updated on market trends and project requirements to refine hiring strategies.
  • Prepare candidate technically before client round of interview.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of technical job requirements for renewable energy projects.
  • Proficiency in sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media groups).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
