Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hiring for IT roles in Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineer, Data Analyst etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven track record in high-volume, entry-level recruitment, recruitment systems and market research capabilities.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and constantly changing environment to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
• Efficient time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas about recruiting and overall Learners experience.
• Experience in delivering reports and Hiring/Placements dashboards to inform business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.

Role Overview

Technical Recruiter - Career Services will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team and shall be responsible for attracting talent, providing effective thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, prioritize/plan to meet business objectives.

Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, will be responsible for managing a team across multiple locations and working closely with business leaders to influence and deliver high quality hires and great candidate experience through all aspects of recruitment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Quality candidate search from the rich pool of Hero Vired’s learners based on Job opportunities.
• Mentoring candidates for job opportunities and tracking application status from Applying till selection
