Job summary

Innodata India is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of enterprise AI, GenAI, and data engineering projects for global technology clients. The role requires deep technical understanding and disciplined execution.

You will coordinate multiple engineering workstreams, manage distributed teams, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while communicating effectively with US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years in technical project/program management for AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, or software projects.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD, and SDLC.
• Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience leading Agile engineering teams and parallel technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and data engineering projects.
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and US stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery dashboards and report progress to clients.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery and escalate risks as needed.

Role Overview

Innodata is seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead delivery of enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and Data Engineering projects for global technology clients. The role requires strong technical understanding, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage multiple engineering workstreams, coordinate distributed teams, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in technical project/program management, including delivery of AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, or software engineering projects.

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD, and software development lifecycles.

• Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.

• Experience managing Agile engineering teams and parallel technical workstreams.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, project dashboards, and delivery reporting.
• Strong client-facing communication, technical problem-solving, and escalation management skills.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and US-based stakeholders.
