1. Hands on experience in architecture, design and implementation of Java /J2EE based projects and Mobile application development.
2. Java application development background with hands-on experience in using the following technologies:

• HTML5
• CSS
• JavaScript/JQuery
• Ajax
• REST Web service
• Hibernate
• MVC
• Java FX
• MySQL

Candidates with Banking domain background would be of added advantage.

Hands on experience in project management including system proposals, estimation, scheduling, quality assurance, tracking and status updation.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive in identifying risks and having necessary mitigation in place.

Experience of successfully handling at least 4 to 6 projects for complete project life cycle would be an added advantage.
