Altumind Digital Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager for critical BFSI product development. The candidate should possess 15+ years in project management, be passionate about technology, and proficient in Java and SDLC disciplines.

The role involves stakeholder engagement with bank senior leaders, driving status updates, and delivering on time using Agile practices and industry design patterns.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management for critical BFSI product development.
• Strong stakeholder management with banking seniors; provide status and progress.
• Knowledge of Java and Core Java variants.
• Experience of complete SDLC and applying Design Patterns and best practices.
• Understanding of business impact and risk/roadmap planning.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other project resources.
• Schedule and facilitate in-person and online project meetings.
• Collect daily status from internal teams to track progress.
• Highlight risks to internal and external stakeholders; ensure deliverables and deadlines.
• Create and manage the project roadmap; monitor metrics and provide insights.
• Provide supervision and direction to team members; delegate and lead.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

A Project Manager with 15+ years of experience for critical product development for one of our clients in BFSI domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. field ofJava.

Customer stakeholder management skills. Should be capable of dealing on daily basis with seniors in bank to provide the status and overall progress

Knowledge of Java, Core Java with some technical knowledge

Experience of complete SDLC

Able to implement Design Patterns and Best Practices

Good knowledge of Software Design Principles

Good understanding of technology stacks

Process Skills:

Capable of analysing requirements software as per project defined software process

Review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Coordinate with developers, designers, and otherprojectresources.

Schedule and facilitate in-person and onlineprojectmeetings.

Implement process to collect status from various internal teams on daily basis to ascertain the progress of the project

Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure project risks are highlighted to internal and external stakeholders
