Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience and proven PM track record in Capital Markets projects.
• Experience leading large, complex software projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder and senior leadership management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from planning to production implementation.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multiple teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infra, business).
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure SDLC, governance, quality, security, and release processes are followed.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects within the Capital Markets domain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and change requests.
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide regular project status, risk, and delivery updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience handling large and complex technical/software projects.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets processes and technology.
• Experience working with software engineering, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams.
• Strong stakeholder and senior management management experience.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
