Responsibilities

• Build and mentor the team: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders such as Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and Project Managers.
• Performance management: conduct 1-on-1s, reviews, and development planning; guide professional growth.
• Culture champion: foster an inclusive, agile-first culture with continuous learning in AI, LLM, and agentic tech.
• Capacity & allocation: manage resource allocation, balance workloads, and match skills to rollout phases.
• Lead Agile Delivery: drive software and agentic AI development across multiple streams to deliver value.
• Manage dependencies & blockers: track cross-functional risks and unblock teams to maintain velocity.
• Vendor management: oversee internal and external delivery models and budgets.
• Hold the quality gate: ensure deployments meet quality, performance, and latency standards under deadlines.
• Drive enterprise rollouts: manage pipelines of agent deployments across sites.
• Champion user adoption: lead change management, demos, training, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish feedback loops: design systems to capture user friction and translate to features.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Build and Mentor the Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of [e.g., Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and Project Managers].
• Performance Management: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Guide your team in setting and achieving professional goals.
• Culture Champion: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and agile-first culture. Promote continuous learning, especially regarding rapidly evolving AI, LLM, and agentic technologies.
• Capacity & Allocation: Manage resource allocation across your team, ensuring balanced workloads, preventing burnout, and matching the right skills to the right rollout phases.

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead Agile Delivery: Direct software and agentic AI development efforts across multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring teams deliver value consistently through phase-gated or maturity-staged models.
• Manage Dependencies & Blockers: Rigorously track cross-functional dependencies, manage risks, and aggressively unblock engineering and product teams to maintain delivery velocity.
• Vendor Management: Oversee mixed internal/vendor delivery models (including managed-service-provider relationships) and manage delivery budgets.
• Hold the Quality Gate: Ensure all agentic deployments meet strict quality, performance, and latency standards before release, even under schedule pressure.

Platform Scaling, Rollout & Adoption

• Drive Enterprise Rollouts: Manage the pipeline of agent deployments and ensure seamless execution of platform rollouts across global or departmental sites.
• Champion User Adoption: Direct large-scale change management initiatives, including demo outreach campaigns, training initiatives, and stakeholder alignment playbooks to maximize active user adoption.
• Establish Feedback Loops: Design architectures that systematically capture operational friction from users and translate it into actionable technical features for product and engineering.

Technical Alignment & Governance

• AI & Agentic Fluency: Act as a peer to engineering and architecture teams, bringing technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Enforce AI Governance: Ensure that agent capabilities scale safely by championing strict guardrails, human-in-the-loop (HITL) checkpoints, audit trails, and risk-tiering.
• Transparent Reporting: Maintain a strong, risk-forward reporting discipline-surfacing deployment bottlenecks and problems plainly and early to executive stakeholders.
