Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of AI infrastructure and data center projects within the Global AICDS team. You will manage end-to-end deployments and coordinate across customers, partners, and global teams to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget execution.

You will also support bid and pre-sales activities, validate delivery assumptions, and ensure governance and risk controls are in place for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technical or infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering AI infrastructure, HPC, GPU clusters, or data center projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across customers and global teams.
• Experience in bid support, proposal validation, or pre-sales project planning.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure projects, including GPU clusters, HPC environments, and data center deployments.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with Statement of Work (SOW) and project deliverables.
• Support bid and pre-sales activities by validating technical and delivery assumptions.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, procurement, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Establish project governance including reporting, communication plans, and escalation management.
• Track financial performance and drive resolution of project risks and issues.
• Support transition of completed projects into operations or managed services.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to join the Global AICDS team. This role leads the delivery of complex AI infrastructure and data center projects, while also supporting bid and pre-sales activities to ensure successful project execution.

Good-to-have

• Experience with NVIDIA ecosystems or GPU-based platforms
• Exposure to hyperscale or cloud service provider environments
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking)
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with cluster deployment, benchmarking, and validation
