Qualifications

• Hands-on Python scripting experience.
• Experience with automation frameworks (Robot Framework, PyTest).
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing and validation.
• CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Ability to analyze test results and network data.

Responsibilities

• Automation & scripting: develop and maintain scalable, reusable test scripts.
• Transport network knowledge: understand optical transport, fibre network basics, IP/MPLS concepts, automate testing across multi-layer environments.
• Test automation frameworks: design and implement modular, data-driven test architectures for functional, regression, and E2E testing.
• API & system integration testing: perform REST API testing and validate OSS/BSS integrations; use Postman or REST clients.
• CI/CD & DevOps integration: integrate automation into pipelines, support version control and release workflows.
• Data handling & analytics: process and analyse test results and network performance data.
