Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan to track progress and resource allocation.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs; measure performance.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage client relationships and perform risk management to minimize risks.

Position Reports To

Project Management Lead/Head

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the context of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan to Track progress and enable resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and **escalate** to management as needed.
• Manage an effective relationship with the client.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.

Educational Qualification

• Masters/Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
• ITIL & PMP certified is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Sound knowledge on Project management especially in Data Center Projects/Managed IT Services
• Sound knowledge on Cloud computing Windows, Unix, Networking, Storage, Security Solutions & concepts.
