Google LLC in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Google Enterprise Networks Workspace Delivery team. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary network infrastructure programs from start to finish, collaborating with engineers, product teams, and global delivery partners to plan requirements, timelines and risk management.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree and at least two years in program management and network infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party vendors responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting of network services, including escalations and reporting on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project status.
• Partner with network engineers, software engineers, and project managers to deliver large technical networking projects and manage vendors contracted for monitoring and troubleshooting of network services.
• Design and implement new delivery processes, enact process improvement measures, and ensure efficient and reliable achievement of process objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the delivery of network infrastructure programs/projects while leveraging automation and software programs by coordinating with global delivery teams across the company to facilitate efficient network services to customers.
• Manage third-party vendors responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of network services, including facilitating any escalations requiring engineering assistance and develop comprehensive reports to track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall project status.
• Partner with network engineers, software engineers, and project managers to deliver large technical networking projects and Manage third-party vendors contracted for the monitoring and troubleshooting of network services. Facilitate the escalation of issues requiring engineering assistance with the vendors.
• Design and implement new delivery processes, enact process improvement measures, and ensure the efficient and reliable achievement of process objectives and optimize operational processes essential for maintaining business operations.
