Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead embedded software and security initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in agile environments, cross-functional leadership, and PMP understanding.

You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of HPC-related programs within a dynamic, global team. The role emphasizes mentorship, stakeholder communication, and governance for product roadmaps and release activities, while ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management of embedded software or firmware or security programs.
• Agile Scrum experience required.
• Experience with High Performance Computing projects.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-function programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet product requirements.

What you'll do

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
• Lead Product Increment Planning and Preparation
• Leads and cooridnates security requirements, planning, processes, and deliverables to improve the overall security posture of HPC Firmware/Software deliverables
• Leads and owns firmware/software build, publishing, and release activities for the organization

What you need to bring

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management of embedded software or firmware or security programs.
• Agile Scrum Experience required.
• Experience with High Performance Computing Projects and Requirements.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills

• Extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
• Experienced using Jira for Program Management and Tracking.
