Job summary

Google LLC in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the AI Garage to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff to delivery.

You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers, driving agile practices and stakeholder alignment across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in technical program management, coordinating large cross-organizational technical programs.
• Experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects.
• Expertise in leading Agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and upskilling less mature engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies.
• Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
