Job summary

Bridge India is seeking a Technical Program Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead end-to-end software product development programs. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and coordinating with engineering and product stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, stakeholder management, and risk management, with exposure to AI/ML or data analytics products considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading software product development programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and coordinating with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, stakeholder management, and risk management.
• Experience in software product development; exposure to AI/ML or data and analytics products is a plus.
