Job summary

CRMTechIndia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI-driven solutions for clients, coordinating across engineering, product, and operations to ensure value delivery and client satisfaction.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, and ensure SDLC execution with emphasis on API integrations and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Technical Project/Program Management.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall knowledge.
• Experience in AI/ML, Ecommerce, or data-driven projects.
• Hands-on with APIs and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to go-live.
• Lead AI/ML, Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, or data projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Drive requirement alignment, sprint planning, and execution.
• Monitor timelines, risks, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Ensure smooth API integrations, cloud deployments, and system implementations.
• Facilitate UAT, release management, and go-live activities.
• Identify risks and drive AI-driven process improvements.
