Who are we?

Smarsh empowers its customers to manage risk and unleash intelligence in their digital communications. Our growing community of over 6500 organizations in regulated industries counts on Smarsh every day to help them spot compliance, legal or reputational risks in 80+ communication channels before those risks become regulatory fines or headlines. Program assignments will shift over time based on where the business requires delivery leadership — you may lead a single large, multi-quarter initiative or a portfolio of smaller related efforts. In all cases, the programs you own will be funded, executive-sponsored initiatives that advance our technology strategy, architectural direction, and/or company strategic plan. You will be expected to ramp quickly on new domains, establish the operating cadence and reporting for the programs you inherit, and transition mature programs into a sustainable business-as-usual state.

  • You also take the time to understand the needs of engineers (who have to build, maintain, and extend features for the life of the system) to make appropriate trade-offs.
  • You remove blockers and impediments that impact the team. Organize the team to provide productive, consistent and steady output.
  • You partner effectively with technical managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery.
  • You provide status reporting to senior leadership and C-staff on your program.
