Job summary

CSC is seeking a Capital Markets & Fund Accounting professional to lead technical product training and learning solutions across fund accounting, capital markets, and alternative investments. Hybrid role based in Bangalore and Mumbai, with UK shift timings (1pm–10pm).

The ideal candidate will design programs, develop SOPs, lead TNI initiatives, and conduct workshops for senior stakeholders, partnering with SMEs to deliver content across SPV services, AIFM, and Depositary.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operational experience in Capital Markets and Fund Accounting.
• CA Freshers (2nd-5th attempt) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial markets.
• MBA (Finance) graduates (last 2 years) with a passion for training, content development, and operational excellence.
• Exposure to Private Equity, REITs, SPV structures, or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC, AIFM, FATCA, etc.
• Experience in global training delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (proficiency level: 4/5 or above).
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs across capital markets, fund accounting, and financial services operations
• Develop structured learning paths, SOPs, process training materials, and case-based content aligned to business needs
• Lead Training Needs Identification (TNI) initiatives to assess capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions
• Conduct training workshops for senior stakeholders, covering governance, regulatory frameworks, and product/service offerings
• Partner with SMEs and business leaders to co-create content across SPV services, AIFM, Depositary, and capital markets domains
• Design and administer assessments, case studies, and certification frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness
• Track and report training metrics, feedback, and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement
• Support operational training and onboarding, enabling seamless transition of new hires into business roles
• Manage end-to-end training programs, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting
• Drive knowledge management initiatives, including documentation, repositories, and process standardization
• Contribute to digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions
