Job summary

HighRadius seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to train Internal/Partners on HighRadius Products. You will manage end-to-end training tasks, create content, and deliver training to New Hires/Interns/Partners, acting as the ACE team's main contact.

You must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment across SaaS deployments and product training cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional services experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).
• Desirable: Consulting Experience with HighRadius Products.
• Experience in following established processes/standards/templates to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to HighRadius Teams – Consultants / Partners and manage the whole lifecycle.
• Review and validate product training materials.
• Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products.
• Improve the training process by analyzing the training feedback and JIRA tickets.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure training content is updated and accurate.
• Prior knowledge of HighRadius Products will be a plus.
• Experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus.

Job Summary

The Analyst or Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that we effectively train our HighRadius Consultants (Internal/Partners) members on the HighRadius Products. The analyst will be responsible to manage the end-to-end training tasks, which includes creating training content and delivering training to New Hires/ Interns / Partners. This job profile will offer an individual high visibility with regular consulting leadership and consultant interaction as he/she will be the main point of contact from ACE team. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to HighRadius Teams - Consultants / Partners and manage the whole lifecycle
• Review and validate product training materials
• Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products
• Improve the training process by analyzing the training feedback and JIRA tickets
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate
• Prior knowledge of HighRadius Products will be a plus
• Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live and hyper care
• Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation
• Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus
• Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus

Skill & Experience Needed

• Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).
• Desirable: Consulting Experience with HighRadius Products, Exposure to projects, Exposure to Functional consulting roles
• Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates to achieve successful results.
