Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, acting as a liaison to clarify requirements, answer questions, and address concerns.
• User Story Development: Assist in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team understands what needs to be built.
• Sprint Review and Retrospective: Contribute to sprint review sessions to ensure that the product meets customer expectations and participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and feature descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the development team to ensure any impacts are communicated and understood early to enable the team to fail-fast.
• Leadership and Management
• Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions, assisting the Product Manager in determining the scope of work for each sprint and establishing achievable goals.
• Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
• Any other duties that may be required by your Manager or the Company, providing you have been adequately trained to execute them. These duties may be required from time to time or on a permanent basis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar. Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively, displaying a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics tracking desirable.
